WinBert is a tiny Windows application that displays strips of our favorite office worker: if added to your Startup folder, it will help you start your day smiling.

Why WinBert? I wrote it just for fun, I thought it would be nice to start the day booting my PC and having the latest Dilbert strip delivered immediately, before the boring stuff starts wiping the smile off of your face. Given that it's a couple of years it's running without a glitch, I decided it was time to share it we the rest of the world.
